Bükal is Blainville’s newest and freshest technologically advanced dental clinic geared for the entire family.  It is complete with intra-oral cameras and view screens for patient education, CEREC CAD/CAM technology, which permets the fabrication of porcelain restorations in a single visit, as well as digitized radiography, which significantly reduces radiation exposure and dose absorption in patients as compared to conventional radiography.  Due to their larger sensitivity, sensors (used for imaging) provide an equivalent clinical image with about 70% less exposure to radiation than D-speed conventional film.¹ As well, in comparison to traditional film based radiography, digital radiography is ecologically conscious because no disposal hazards of processing chemicals, silver salts in film emulsion and lead foil sheets will exist.¹
